What is terminology?

Terminology means the production of reference tools for the client: lexicon, dictionary, and databases. There are two distinct possibilities:

• . Either we produce a client-specific glossary of terms which we then use systematically for all their subsequent translations,
• . Or the client supplies his own glossary to us and we add to and complete it as part of the continued translation process for that client.

This service applies only to major projects with significant follow-on work.

Furthermore, where the client has already built up internal dictionaries to assist in translation work, it is in their own interest to supply these to us to ensure the consistency of translations we carry out for them.
