Atec Traduction tries to adapt its prices to the client's requirements; for this reason we do not present a price list. The quote is adjusted for such criteria as the file format, degree of difficulty and the client's specific instructions. How is the quote amount calculated? The total amount quoted corresponds to the billing basis (number of source words x basic rate). The billing basis rests on a simple, reliable and objective calculation: computer tools provide the counts (for Microsoft, menu Tools -> Word count). Discounts may be applicable in certain cases:
Delivery There is no charge for delivery of your translation by e-mail and by fax. A fixed fee of €5 will be invoiced for postal delivery. Invoicing A 30-euro minimum is charged for any translation of less than 300 words. All orders from individuals or from outside France must be paid for before any translation work is begun. You are invoiced at the end of the work (payment must be received within 0-30 days). For orders equal to or greater than 150 euros, a 30% prepayment is required.
